Woman stabbed in Abbotsford | Vancouver Sun

A woman was stabbed in Abbotsford on Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Abbotsford Police Department, officers were called to the 3000-block of Townline Road (Nadeau Park) at 1:53 p.m. with reports of suspicious activity.

Upon arrival they found a 46-year-old woman suffering from stab wounds. She was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The Abbotsford Police Major Crime Unit is in the preliminary stages of investigation and believes the attack was targeted.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in or around Nadeau Park between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to contact them at 604-859-5225.
