In the previous chapter of Demon X Angel, Can’t Get Along!, Shanshan and Jiacheng find themselves stranded on a deserted island after Jiacheng’s sister devised a devious plan to give them some alone time. Shanshan tried to leave the island, but she found herself right back on it, and her clothes were lost in the process as well.

Jiacheng tells her that since it is a special island, the only way to exit it is through a special method. If she tries to leave it normally, she would just find herself back on it. Jiacheng lends Shanshan his sweatshirt, and Shanshan is embarrassed about her naked state.

Meanwhile, their Jiacheng tries to egg their friends on about the two of them being on a deserted island all alone, but the girl with glasses gives absolutely no reaction. Jiacheng gets frustrated and begins to scream at her, asking her to at least reply.
