A wave of sadness has spread around as the Australian singer, songwriter, and acting fame of “Home And Away,” Johnny Ruffo, passed away on 10 November 2023 at the age of 35 due to brain cancer after fighting against it for 6 years.
His family reportedly posted this sad news on his profile on the same day of his death to break the news that Johnny had passed away. He bid farewell with a heavy heart filled with memories and love, surrounded by his partner Tahnee and family.

Johnny Ruffo was born on 8 March 1998 in Balcatta, Australia. He made his first appearance on a music reality show, “X Factor Australia.” he was one of the finalists of the season and started gaining attention after that. After this, he signed a contract with Sony Music.
Later on, he made his acting debut in “Home and Away” playing the role of Chris Harrington, between 2013-2016. This role play brought him more love and attention, and It also earned him a nomination for the Most Popular New Talent on TV Week Logie Awards in 2014.
His debut single, “On Top,” also gained popularity and was ranked fourteen on the ARIA Singles Chart, followed by platinum certification. Johnny faced a tragedy in his life, and he had to undergo a “tennis ball” size brain tumor surgery following 27 staples on his head.
He wrote that before then, he was “29, madly in love, working on shows and music that I was proud of, and still finding time to party with friends”, but one day, everything changed for him. He went through a brain tumor surgery, which 3 years later came back as brain cancer.
