Tensei Shitekara 40-Nen. Chapter 8 Recap

In the previous Chapter 8 of Tensei Shitekara 40-Nen. Sorosoro, Ojisan Mo Koi Ga Shitai. Nidome No Jinsei Wa Harem Route?! Opens up with Suzu, who looks injured. As we see in Chapter 6, Suru got stabbed in her left leg by one of the monsters.

At this point, we realized that Suzu could not continue with the adventure. Luckily, Alicia found her and gave her the healing potion, which she drank, and then Alicia carried it on her back and left. She refused to abandon her teammate despite her other’s opposition.

Back to the present chapter, we see Alicia is worried about Suzu. She says, “She’s burning up… And sweating so much.” “If she’s like this, she’ll get dehydrated. Alicia decides to give her some water to drink, but Suzu is in no condition to drink the water on own. Finally, Alicia decides to give Suzu mouth-to-mouth water.

Fortunately, it works. But Alicia blushes at the moment. In the next panel, they have a fun-loving conversation. Suzu says, “You kissed me.” Alicia replies, “Shut it!!” After this, we see that monsters attack them. And Alicia deals with them on own. It is good.

We know from the beginning of Tensei Shitekara 40-Nen. Sorosoro, Ojisan Mo Koi Ga Shitai. Nidome No Jinsei Wa Harem Route?! Alicia is a skilled swordsman. And this is enough to prove it. At last, she got a chance to show her skills, and we can agree that she deserves to be the main character.

We can see that the monsters have finally caught up with her, leaving her feeling exhausted. She admits, “I couldn’t move as much as I thought.” She says, “You alright?” Suzu replies, “Alicia, are you doing okay?”

They both decide that resting now is the best way to recover their strength. Alicia found a potion in Suzu’s bag. We discover that the potion can restore all physical strength and, of course, wounds. 

Alicia says, “I have to save it if Suzu’s condition worsens.” She decides to use it only as a last resort. Two Minotaurs were heading in Alicia and Suzu’s direction. The army of Minotaurs was heading in their direction. Suzu suggests she should drink the potion to recover herself.
