VANCOUVER, B.C.: SEPT. 25, 2023 – Unsettled weather is on the menu Monday, with rain and wind, enough that Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement. Thunderstorms are possible this afternoon.

Today: Periods of rain. Risk of thunderstorms late this afternoon. Amount 10 to 20 mm. Wind southeast 30 km/h gusting to 50 except gusting to 70 near the water. High 18. UV index 1 or low.

Tonight: Cloudy with 60 per cent chance of showers. Risk of thunderstorms early this evening. Wind southeast 30 km/h gusting to 50. Low 14.

Tomorrow: Cloudy. 40 per cent chance of showers in the morning. Showers beginning late in the morning. Amount 10 mm. Wind southeast 30 km/h gusting to 50. High 16.
